The current terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) regulate access to and use of the website hosted under the domain name www.delamatadesign.com (the “Website”) as well as the contents and services that the owner of the Website makes available to its Users (“Users”).

The current Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, regarding management of the Users’ personal data, establish the terms and conditions governing the Website (the “Terms and Conditions”).

The Website provides general information on DelaMata. DelaMata reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, according to the applicable norms, in which case the new terms and conditions will take immediate effect and will be applicable to all Users of the Website. Use of the Website

Access to and use of the Website will be free of charge, except for the restricted access areas that shall be governed, where applicable, by the Special Conditions, without prejudice to the charges for logging on to the telecommunications network that the User uses to access the Website. Under no circumstances shall DelaMata be responsible for the loss or damage of any kind that may arise from the access to and use of the Website.

DelaMata aims to ensure that the contents are of the highest quality and are reasonably up-to-date, but does not guarantee the usefulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance and/or up-to-date status.

DelaMata assumes no responsibility for the opinions expressed by third parties thorough the tools available for said purpose currently available or in the future on the Website, nor does it assume any responsibility for the content of the websites linked through the Website.

By these Terms and Conditions no intellectual or industrial property rights on the Website shall be transferred nor any of its components, the User being expressly prohibited any reproduction, processing, distribution, public communication, making available, extracting, reusing, forwarding or use, by any means or procedure, except in cases where it is legally permitted or authorised by the holder of the corresponding rights.
