General Information and Purpose

The current terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) regulate access to and use of the website hosted under the domain name www.delamatadesign.com (the “Website”) as well as the contents and services that the owner of the Website makes available to its Users (“Users”).

The current Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, regarding management of the Users’ personal data, establish the terms and conditions governing the Website (the “Terms and Conditions”).

The Website is the property of DE LA MATA DESIGN, S.L. (“DelaMata”), with its registered office at calle Genova número 11 and tax number B-85266658.

Access to the Website or its use by the User necessarily implies without reservation, knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; therefore, it is recommended that the User reads them carefully in case of using the Website. Additionally, the contents and services that DelaMata makes available to the User on the Website may be regulated by special conditions that, in the event of conflict, shall prevail over the Terms and Conditions (the “Special Conditions”).

The Website provides general information on DelaMata. DelaMata reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, according to the applicable norms, in which case the new terms and conditions will take immediate effect and will be applicable to all Users of the Website. Therefore, we recommend that you periodically review the Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Website

Access to and use of the Website will be free of charge, except for the restricted access areas that shall be governed, where applicable, by the Special Conditions, without prejudice to the charges for logging on to the telecommunications network that the User uses to access the Website. The User is aware, and voluntarily and expressly accepts, that use of the Website is, in any case, under his exclusive responsibility.

However, the User should be aware that the appropriate security measures of computer systems relating to the Internet are not entirely reliable and that, therefore, DelaMata assumes no responsibility nor guarantees that the access to this Website is uninterrupted, error free or the absence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations in the computer systems (software and hardware) of the User. Under no circumstances shall DelaMata be responsible for the loss or damage of any kind that may arise from the access to and use of the Website.


The Contents of the Website are made available to the user by DelaMata with information both from its own sources as well as from third parties. DelaMata aims to ensure that the contents are of the highest quality and are reasonably up-to-date, but does not guarantee the usefulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance and/or up-to-date status.

DelaMata assumes no responsibility for the opinions expressed by third parties thorough the tools available for said purpose currently available or in the future on the Website, nor does it assume any responsibility for the content of the websites linked through the Website.

Intellectual and industrial property rights

By these Terms and Conditions no intellectual or industrial property rights on the Website shall be transferred nor any of its components, the User being expressly prohibited any reproduction, processing, distribution, public communication, making available, extracting, reusing, forwarding or use, by any means or procedure, except in cases where it is legally permitted or authorised by the holder of the corresponding rights.

The User shall be able to view and obtain a temporary personal copy of the contents for exclusive personal and private use on his computer systems (software and hardware), provided that they are not used to carry on commercial or professional activities. The user who intends to establish a hyperlink or technical device to link this Website from his website (“Hyperlink”), shall obtain express authorisation from DelaMata. In any case, this would not imply the existence of a relationship between DelaMata and the owner of the site on which the Hyperlink is established, nor the acceptance or approval by DelaMata of its contents or services.

The Website makes available to the user, solely to search and access information, content and services available on Internet hyperlinks or technical link devices (e.g., links or buttons), that allow the user access to sites or Internet portals belonging to or managed by third parties (the “Linked Sites”). DelaMata does not offer or market, for itself or for third parties, the information, contents and services available on the Linked Sites, or endorse, supervise or control, in any way, the content and services of the same, the User assuming exclusively all responsibility for navigation on said sites.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The operation and use of the Website, as well as these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by Spanish legislation. To the extent permitted by law, DelaMata and the user, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Community of Madrid (Spain).
