Brand and packaging design

18/70 is a barrel produced tap beer from Heineken with a strong demand in Donostia and and its surrounding bars.

Delamata created an identity that seeked to caputre the essence and spirit of a special edition barrel beer, with a personalized, contemporary and youthful image, whose objective was to deliver and expand the brands presence throughout the entire Basque country.

Delamata has designed an identity based on the number of the recipe chosen to brew the beer: the 18th out of the total number of 70 tested recipes: 18/70.

We gave both the brand and the packaging design, a limited production feel, featuring the recipe, numbered by hand, similar to the characteristic chalk markings used on the barrels. The graphical elements have a screen printing appearance on the bottle.
